How to heal yourself when in self doubt

Days of SELF DOUBT: does it also happens to you that on certain days even when you are determined about your goals, you feel like giving up, and feel scared to even start , don't feel confident enough to do something about your dreams, this usually happens after you faced a failure or saw everyone else doing better than you ? Well I used to feel this feeling several times earlier!And   I didn't know exactly if it's my swinging mood or a day of depression when i give up without starting, thought of failure overtakes my mind and i end up wasting hours in a mood where i feel like drowning into a deep sea.

Yes it feels exactly like i'am laying in a blank space or drowning in a deep sea. Does it happen to you too ? Luckily after going through this process for several times i found a few solutions for myself and in this post i'm going to share them with you all. So try following these when you feel numb on a particular day, on days of your low energy levels to give yourself an energy boost.

DON'T OVERTHINK -

we are the ones to take ourselves into this mood by our overthinking. It's like a parasite to our mental peace, when we see others doing better than us, we over rate their success and compares our growth scale to them without realizing that they might have a different story than ours and their hard work. We must understand that everyone has a different story and a different path in life, so comparing and overthinking about this won't lead us anywhere.

LET YOURSELF FLOW- 

Such moments has big emotional requirements,don't deny them. It is the time when you are in a state of emotional dependency because the believe you had on your-self is shaken , you feel like bursting out but often but try to hide your pain. I suggest to express your emotions and needs. Talk to a friend or anyone you feel comfortable with, cry if you need to. Discuss it, or cry alone but bring the emotions out. Don't stick the failure to your brain.

When your believe in yourself is shaken, when you have  doubts wheather you can do it or not, or when you start questioning yourself why you are doing it. Give yourself all the reasons that you had when you first set your goal , remind yourself all the reasons you had before starting it. To help myself i made a vision board for myself, basically i wrote my dreams, and what i want with my life in a diary, so whenever i feel depress and doubt myself I quickly go through the diary which had all my visions and dreams mentioned , it helps me a lot.

TAKE A GOOD SLEEP -

It might sound lame to listen but yes taking a good sleep when you are in self doubting mood helps. There is a big mess going in your head, so to forget your worries for a while take a good sleep you are refreshed after waking up as sleep promotes your mental health. Don't believe ? there are many articles on sleep benefits over internet.


TAKE A WALK -

We all are familiar with the benefits of walking , it has so many benefits to our physical as well as mental health. I always prefer taking a good walk when i'm in this self doubting mood. It cures my mood swing or depression, also gives me my quite time to rethink about my dreams, i can remind myself all the reasons behind my current situation plus i get to find new ways to give myself a fresh start.

KEEP YOUR HOPES UP - 

First thing we loose right after a failure is HOPE and MOTIVATION . Try not to ! Hope is something that keeps us moving, and motivation is a catalyst. Having little failures in your path is a way to a new starting so there is no benefit in loosing hopes from yourself and doubting your potential. Stay motivated , keep your hopes up and keep working in direction of your goals.

GET MOTIVATION -

These are the times when we loose our motivation to do anything, we are tired and almost given up, apart from reading your vision board, also listen to the stories of people who struggled and achieved what they wanted. And don't fool yourself that you need a special talent to achieve what you want in life, you only need hard work to achieve everything.
