My 5 tips to a positive mindset

So we are here in another new year making  resolutions, breaking them as well. Trying to give a fresh start to our life with changing calendar but not achieving what we wanted simultaneously. Reason being is the load of grudges and garbage we carried along with previous year, we didn't do anything to bring a change like every year.


1: LEARN TO FORGET

First step to positive thinking is when you learn to forget miss happening occurred in your life.
It's always hard to Wipe out the bitter memories but its necessary for self growth. Surrounding yourself with grudges only brings negative emotions into you which is never helpful so no matter how hard it is learn to forget to give a fresh start in your life.

2: LEARN TO FORGIVE

You forget about something when you truly have the forgiveness in your heart. Try to forgive the person even if its you and make a peace with your inner self, this is for you not the other person.

3: LEARN WHAT TO TRUST

Now that you have learned forgiveness it doesn't matter you forget what that particular situation has taught you, why you were held in that situation. Forget the person, forget that something bad has happened but keep the lesson learned with you as a treasure and trust people accordingly.

4: LEARN TO BELIEVE 

After first 3 steps you will be at inner peace so its time to move forward to a positive approach, to believe that you are a unique sample created by God, you have a purpose to fulfill in this life so you can achieve, do anything you want to do.Because you own the power to change your life.

Always keep this in mind that everything that is happening or happened to you is for a good reason, you are sad now but you will be happy again.

5: PRACTICE SELF DEVELOPMENT

Now that you have learned to forget, forgive, trust and believe it's time to work on yourself with a clear mindset.
Take out some time from your busy schedule for yourself, indulge yourself into something you love to do be it dancing, music, sketching, gym, cleaning or anything .you will see how those few minutes create a magic and gives you immense happiness which you create a positive you.

So these were my five tips on how to become a positive person and change your life. Always remember you are a magic created by God itself and you have the power to change your life.Stay positive stay happy and keep moving   KEEP SMILING :)
